The Happy Homeostasis program is a 6-month, 12-session transformational journey which helps break the overwhelm of life & guides you back to a state of physical, emotional, and mental well-being & balance. This means we are in a condition of optimal functioning for our mind, body, & spirit. So what does this look like?

  • We nourish our bodies with whole, nutritious foods & proper hydration.
  • We prioritize more time for rest, play, connection & creation.
  • Our bodies feel energized, strong, light, & optimistic through proper nutrition, mindful movement, productive rest, & introspection.
  • We take a deep look at how we’re spending our time, gracefully removing the areas that take away from our energy & creating more space to nourish our bodies, minds, & souls instead.
  • We increase the quality of our lives by creating more intentionality through our relationship with ourselves & others, our finances, our career, our external environment & more!
  • And finally, we have the energy, time, and space to work towards those BIG goals & dreams.

What Happy Homeostasis is about…

Happy Homeostasis is a 6-month program in which we dive deep into the self to create a more quality, sustainable, & optimal healthy lifestyle.

This program is packed with information, resources, tools, anecdotes, conversations, & accountability you need to make everlasting changes in your life and reduce that stress that has been stealing your joy.

To see if this program is right for you, start with a FREE 30 minute Clarity Call in which we go over your holistic health history & discuss what health, wellness, & lifestyle goals you might want to achieve throughout this program & beyond.

Following your Clarity Call, we will meet twice a month for a 60-minute 1:1 session in which we work towards your BIG goals while discussing topics such as nutrition, daily life, physical movement, purpose, & more! In between sessions I will provide you with an inspirational workbook which includes a variety of content, resources, recipes, anecdotes, tools, challenges, & tips. This way you can take the transformational work beyond our sessions & continue to look back on the material after your 6-month program is complete.
